Faculty members who serve as thesis advisors or co-advisors within the Cognitive Sciences Graduate Program (EABD) are added to the list of affiliated faculty members through a decision by the EABD Academic Council. Affiliated faculty members are automatically removed from the list two years after their active collaboration ends. Their involvement in thesis advising, jury service or TİK (Thesis Monitoring Committee) membership processes is subject to the relevant (YÖK) regulations, the METU Rules and Regulations Governing Graduate Studies and the decisions of the EABD Academic Council. Affiliated faculty members do not participate in the EABD Academic Council.
